This was our second visit to Lone Pine Lodge. Again it was just as beautiful and comfortable as before. We enjoyed the view from the deck in the mornings and as the sun went down. Our first morning after a great nights sleep, we had a bear knock over our garbage can on the front porch. We loved the hot tub after a long day of sight seeing. Our last evening at sun down, we had three cubs and a mom come out of the woods below the deck, walk around the yard, and stopped at the grill for a quick smell. They headed up the hill towards #74 and disappeared on their journey. My wife was hoping to see some bears and this was an amazing end to a great vacation. We hope to return again and thanks for a great cabin.
